Questions about paying
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free tier and no trial. The monthly plan is the cheapest way to try OkayTab, and you can cancel it any time.
How do I cancel?
In your account, under Plan and invoices. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then it stops.
Who takes the payment?
Polar, our payment partner, sells the plan and takes the payment. Your card or bank details go to Polar, never to us.
Why do I see euros or dollars?
Prices follow the country you are in: euros in the euro area, US dollars everywhere else. The numbers are the same.
Can I change how often I pay?
Yes. Cancel your plan and choose another one when it ends.
